Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite
This first floor suite contains a king bed, ceiling fan, dresser, Amazon TV, large walk-in closet and a sliding door to access the rear deck. The attached private en-suite contains dual sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub and separate water closet.
Great Room
Two large leather couches and two extra wide chairs surround the shiplap electric fireplace and Amazon TV. The wall of windows overlooks the bay and makes for the perfect spot to watch the sun rise or the sailboats crossing the blue waters throughout the day.
Private Den
Whether you need a quiet space to work, read or perhaps need the room for another two people to sleep, the private den just off the kitchen is there for you. Complete with desk, ethernet jack and pull out queen sleeper sofa.
Kitchen
This fully equipped kitchen extends from the Great Room. It has a center island with stools which also has several cabinets of cooking supplies. The dining table can seat 6 people or it can be extended to seat up to 10. A sliding door leads to the three season screened in porch.
Three-Season Porch
This large screened in porch has both screens and sliding windows to allow your group to enjoy the weather or protect yourselves from it while still enjoying the view. It contains a large 8-person sectional sofa and a 6-person patio dining table. Above you are skylights and large fan along with an exit to the rear deck and stairs down to the patio and pool area.
